Immediate opening: powder coating sprayer (Kansas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Logan County, Kansas. Day-to-day duties: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience.
