The role involves mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels. You should have: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends.
