Thermal insulation technician — Osborne County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Osborne County, Kansas. The job is at a busy building site. Day to day you will prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors. You should have: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
