Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coater in City of Galax, Virginia. The job is in a busy paint shop. On the job you will handle: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
