Great opportunity: we are hiring a mall security guard in Newton County, Arkansas. You will work at a factory gate. Requirements: • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours • Height and weight as per security norms • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Day-to-day duties: • Check fire exits, locks, gates and seals during rounds • Patrol the premises on foot at fixed intervals • Control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates • Man the entry gate and check visitor IDs and gate passes • Hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover • Operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out Performance bonus on top of base pay.
