Gypsum plasterer — Marengo County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in Marengo County, Alabama. You will be based in a refurbishment property. Day to day you will skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
