Now hiring: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Swift County, Minnesota. The job is on a residential housing development. Your main tasks: • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner You should have: • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Working-at-height / PASMA training an advantage • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
