Vacancy available: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Kingsbury County, South Dakota. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service On the job you will handle: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Check back during the meal and handle special requests Six days a week, one day off.
