Join our team: foundry operative (Oyo State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a foundry operative in Oluyole, Oyo State. You will melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects. What we are looking for: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts Full-time with occasional weekends. ₦950 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
