Dish pit attendant wanted in Alexander County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Alexander County, Illinois. You will work in a hotel kitchen. Your main tasks: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
