Urgent requirement: we are hiring a glazing assistant in Hayes County, Nebraska. The job is on a construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film • Measure window and door openings and order glass to size • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames Requirements: • Able to cut glass accurately to size • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand Rotating shifts.
