Cnc production machinist — Union County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Union County, North Carolina. You will work at a busy machine shop. Your main tasks: • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience.
