Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Your main tasks: • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose Full-time, day shift.
