Vacancy available: dent repair specialist (North Carolina)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in Jones County, North Carolina. The job is at an accident repair garage. Requirements: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling The role involves: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line 1+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $15 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
