Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Columbia County, Florida. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates The role involves: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
