Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Southampton, England. You will be based on a high-rise slab pour. Your main tasks: • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage Part-time with flexible hours.
