Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in South Gloucestershire, England. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes.
