The role involves: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
