Immediate opening: we are hiring a frame straightening technician in Russell County, Alabama. The job is at a busy body shop. Ideal candidate: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement On the job you will handle: • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates Overtime paid at a premium rate.
