Vacancy available: deboner (West Virginia)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Brooke County, West Virginia. The role involves mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; season and marinate meat on request. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry 4+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
