Kitchen porter wanted in Piatt County

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Piatt County, Illinois. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
