Requirements: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely Day to day you will glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals.
