Vacancy available: we are hiring a gatehouse guard in Johnson County, Iowa. You will respond to intrusion alarms and panic alerts; operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out; keep watch on the perimeter fence and parking area; frisk people and run bag checks at the entry point; check fire exits, locks, gates and seals during rounds. Ideal candidate: • Trained in basic fire-fighting and first aid • Valid PSARA / security guard licence • Ex-servicemen preferred Six days a week, one day off.
