Immediate opening: we are hiring a sample machinist in Patani, Delta State. The job is on a ready-made garment production line. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams The role involves: • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
