Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lathe operator in Burke County, North Carolina. Day to day you will monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers. Ideal candidate: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor 1+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts.
