Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat cutter in East Renfrewshire, Scotland. On the job you will handle: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler 1+ years on the tools preferred.
