Now hiring: we are hiring a plant operator in Stafford County, Virginia. You will carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up. Ideal candidate: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
