Spray painter — City of Colonial Heights

Great opportunity: we are hiring a spray painter in City of Colonial Heights, Virginia. The job is in a factory paint shop. The role involves lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls; measure up and work out paint and material quantities. What we are looking for: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage • Own brushes and basic hand tools 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
