Requirements: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire On a typical shift you will read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
