Deboner wanted in Logan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Logan County, Colorado. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers The role involves run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone.
