Production line inspector • Ralls County, Missouri

Great opportunity: we are hiring a production line inspector in Ralls County, Missouri. Requirements: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade Day to day you will measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $30 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
