Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Reno County, Kansas. You will work on a busy high-rise construction site. On the job you will handle: • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking What we are looking for: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
