Injection moulding machine operator — City of Lexington

We are recruiting: we are hiring an injection moulding machine operator in City of Lexington, Virginia. You will work at an injection moulding unit. The role involves monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line. You should have: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
