Vacancy available: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Stafford County, Virginia. You will work at a plant hire yard. Requirements: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Understanding of safe digging near underground services The role involves: • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines Performance bonus on top of base pay.
