Now hiring: we are hiring a cook in Camden County, Georgia. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. The role involves taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
