Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Ogbomosho North, Oyo State. The job is at a fast-food outlet. The role involves scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
