Vacancy available: kitchen cook (Wyoming)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Niobrara County, Wyoming. You will work in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; prepare the mise en place before each service. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
