The role involves: • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code Requirements: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to read and match factory paint codes Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
