Concrete placer wanted in Grand Forks County

Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete placer in Grand Forks County, North Dakota. You will be based on a building construction site. On the job you will handle: • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade Requirements: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
