UPVC door and window fabricator — Milwaukee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. On a typical shift you will insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop 2+ years on the tools preferred. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
