Confectioner — Leavenworth County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Leavenworth County, Kansas. You will be based at a busy bakery. Day to day you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Full-time, day shift.
