Great opportunity: we are hiring a commis chef in Woodbury County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day-to-day duties: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
