Now hiring: we are hiring a crane rigger in Douglas County, Washington. You will work at a busy construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area Ideal candidate: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Confident with standard crane hand signals 4+ years on the tools preferred.
