Great opportunity: uPVC window fitter (Pennsylvania)

Immediate opening: we are hiring an uPVC window fitter in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. Day-to-day duties: • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
