Bar waiter — Erie County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bar waiter in Erie County, New York. The job is in a quick-service restaurant. Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness The role involves handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; clear and reset tables between covers; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
