The role involves: • Collect customer feedback and contact details for follow-up • Upsell and cross-sell add-on products • Collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues • Check stock levels and raise reorder requests • Follow up on leads over phone and WhatsApp • Restock shelves and arrange the product display Ideal candidate: • Ready to travel across the assigned territory • Knowledge of the local language and market • Minimum 1 year of field or retail sales experience Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
