Mechanical press operator • Kazaure, Jigawa State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Kazaure, Jigawa State. On a typical shift you will adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts 4+ years on the tools preferred.
