You should have: • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines The role involves apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges; run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints; spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even.
