Urgent requirement: waitress (California)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a waitress in Madera County, California. You will be based at a beach resort. Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Your main tasks: • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Clear and reset tables between covers • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager 2+ years on the tools preferred.
