Immediate opening: we are hiring a car refinisher in Madison County, Indiana. You will be based at a dealership paint shop. You should have: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns The role involves mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters.
